The Sydney Opera House is a multi-venue performing arts center. It ´s located in Sydney, which is the most populated city in Australia and also the capital of the state of New South Wales. The building hosts more than 1,500 performances annually. More than 1.2 million people in total attend these demonstrations. Located on the shore of Sydney Harbor, this magnificent building is very interesting not only with the stage performances presented inside, but also with its illuminated exterior that changes from time to time. Visited by more than 8 million people each year, the Sydney Opera House is one of the most famous and distinctive structures in the world. It´s regarded as a masterpiece of 20th century architecture with its fascinating and extraordinary appearance. It became a UNESCO World Heritage Site on 28 June 2007.
